Aquest blog vol simular una agència de notícies que recopila alguns dels successos de la terra de Rifts. S'estructura a través de diferents pàgines, cadascuna de les quals es fixa en una ciutat concreta. Està obert a l'incoporació de noves ciutats. Sens dubte és un bon lloc per treure idees de partides.

L'estil de Rifts
The Style: Rules-loose, lots of carnage, rulings not rules, lots of explosions, running gun battles, investigation, rewards for quick thinking, planning, and really, really big opponents. Not a game for rules-lawyering or min/maxing.

Malaggar
Alignment: Anarchist (Selfish)
Background: Although he once worked for Naruni Enterprises, Malaggar has fallen out of favor with his former employers. When a pair of repo-bots were sent out to collect a debt from a powerful lizard mage, Malaggar wisely stepped aside before the angry mage returned to settle the score. Naruni Enterprises wasn't happy about the loss of an agent, but they were absolutely furious when they discovered how much equipment Malaggar took with him when he left! These days, Malaggar spends much of his time searching for a way back to Phaseworld, but every time he feels close, the presence of Naruni agents keeps him at bay. Eventually, he hopes to grow strong enough in his own magical abilities to just open a portal himself, but that day seems a long way off.

Background: A second generation D-bee whose parents once lived in the Northern Wilderness, Gash's parents left him with friends when they went out in search of a way home. Unfortunately, they never returned. Many of his peers mocked his misery, claiming that his parents really did find a way home and just didn't care enough to take him along. It didn't take long for Gash to seek out new peers...

Lieutenant Samuel Perkins
En Josh Cornwell en el seu blog jugaire "Outsider Gaming" va penjar uns esbossos o idees de personatges per Rifts. Sonaven prou interessants així que li vaig demanar que en desenvolupés les estadístiques. Tanmateix ell no tenia prou temps, així que amb el seu permís les hi he fetes jo, i hem endegat la nostra primera experiència d'entrada doble o de blogging col·laboratiu.

La comunitat resisteix
Acostumat a llegir i participar en blogs com Treasure tables (que sembla que plega) amb enveja, on els jugadors o directors de joc comparteixen les seves experiències, m’ha fet molta gràcia trobar-ne en espanyol com Frankenrol, Necrorama, Agains the Shadow o Nacionrolera on generalment hi ha un gran nivell d’entrades. Llàstima que sovint hi hagi poca discussió al darrera.
No, aquesta no és una entrada sobre el Rifts o la meva campanya, però trobar aquests blogs m’ha fet gràcia i ho volia plasmar en algun lloc.
